Q:What is Aviplus?
A: is our enhanced membership service offering personal support to members. We support members to build their businesses, navigate regulatory challenges, reinvigorate retail as well as offering exceptional training opportunities for the whole pharmacy team.
Q:When do I start receiving my benefits?
A:As soon as you become a member, you will be able to benefit from improved trading terms from our suppliers and spends start counting towards the Avicenna loyalty bonus. You will have full access to the member section of our website including free SOPs, Flu training and PGDs you will also receive updates and be invited to our social and networking events.
Q:Is there a joining fee and a membership subscription?
A:There is no joining fee.
• Unlock your Avicenna membership for less than £1 a day to access Avicenna benefits and services. The subscription fee is held for the fifth year running and costs £400 + VAT per year, You can save £40 off this by paying by Direct Debit £360 + VAT.

Q:Are there any networking opportunities as part of Avicenna?
A:Yes, we hold regular regional member meetings and training sessions across the country, which are a great opportunity for networking and meeting other Avicenna members.

Q:Does Avicenna have a Confidentiality Agreement covering access to the safe haven within a member’s pharmacy by Avicenna staff?
A:Yes. All of our staff members who visit member’s pharmacies have signed a confidentiality agreement stating that they understand and agree to abide by the IG/GDPR and Data protection requirements in regards to patient data.
